Synopsis: The story begins in Kumbakonam where a joint family brims with happiness. Chennai. Everyone in the family overhears his love story and it becomes the talk of the house. A sudden
twist in Keerthana's marriage derails happiness in the family. Mahesh's romance is short-lived and at the end,
he goes to prison. A twist in the climax reveals the reason behind Mahesh surrendering to the police.
